Rates/Reservations
Rates are a minimum charge of $260.00 per night, plus tax, for up to 6 guests. An additional per night charge of $25.00, plus tax, will be charged for each additional guest. The tax rate is 7%. A deposit of 50% of total charges is required to make a reservation. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check out time is no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The policies at the house are no pets and no smoking inside. There are containers for used smoking materials located on the front porch and patio area.
